Version Requirements

There are no version requirements for Knock CRM.

What LeaseHawk Will Need from You

  1. Integration Approval. Please have your Knock Customer Success Manager configure each property to receive appointments and alert LeaseHawk once this is confirmed.
  2. Ad source for chatbot. Provide the ad source name that should be sent with each guest card originating from the ACE chatbot. This can be an existing ad source or a newly created ad source designated for the ACE chatbot. Ensure the ad source is properly configured and active within Knock for each property.
  3. Provide screenshots to LeaseHawk showing the ad source configured for each property.
  4. Knock Community ID for each property.
  5. Appointment duration. Let LeaseHawk know much time each property designates for a tour appointment. This is used to determine the duration of appointments ACE sends to the Knock calendar. Appointment durations are typically 30 or 60 minutes.

Where to Find This Information

If you need assistance obtaining this information, please request it from your Knock Customer Success Manager or Knock Technical Support at support@knockrentals.com.

How It Works: Knock CRM Integration

Once a prospect is identified and contact information collected:

  • ACE sends an email to the property email address with guest card information.

Once a prospect has scheduled a tour:

  • ACE sends an email to the property email address with appointment information.

Once a prospect has completed an ACE conversation:

  • ACE sends the guest card information to Knock.
  • If a tour was scheduled, ACE sends the appointment information to Knock and it should appear on the property calendar.

Please Note the Following

  • ACE does not ask prospects to consent to SMS messages from Knock, therefore all guest cards have the SMS consent set to false.
  • Please work with your Knock Customer Success Manager to ensure the property calendar will accept appointments. Certain configurations within Knock, such as calendar blocks, prevent acceptance of appointments from ACE.
  • Knock requires guest cards to include a first name. If ACE did not collect a first name, ACE sends "Not Provided" as the first name.

Information Sent to Knock

If provided by the prospect after completing a conversation with ACE, the following guest card information is sent:

  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Phone Number
  • Email Address
  • Move-in Date
  • Number of Bedrooms Requested
  • Rent Amount ACE quoted
  • First Contact Communication Type (chat, call or sms)
  • Link to conversation transcription

If provided by the prospect after scheduling an appointment with ACE, the following is sent:

  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Phone Number
  • Email
  • Requested Appointment Date and Time

Optional Integration Configuration

No optional configurations available.
