Introduction

It's important to change the relationship status of your contacts as they move through the leasing process. As soon as you indicate that the contact is a Prospect or Applicant, the guest card is automatically pushed to OneSite. Once the guest card is pushed, any Walk-In or Appointment tours for prospects and applicants will show in the OneSite Activity and Units Shown reports. The communications and tour updates occur every five minutes.

Pushing Tours from LeaseHawk to RealPage OneSite

All tours and tour notes logged in the LeaseHawk CRM will push to the LeaseHawk "Tours" report and OneSite reporting. Follow the instructions below for steps on how to log your tours.

  1. In the LeaseHawk CRM, log a Walk-In or Appointment.
  1. Enter the initial unit that was shown, and click “Save”.

  1. Click on the Walk-In or Appointment in the timeline.
  1. In the notes section, add all units shown and then click “Done”.

  1. The Walk-In or Appointment, and notes will populate in the LeaseHawk “Tours” report and OneSite “Activity” and “Units Shown” reports.
  • The OneSite “Activity” report shows an Appointment as an Event, and a Walk-In as a Visit.
  • The OneSite “Units Shown” report shows the initial unit shown in the Unit column, and notes (including the additional units toured) in the Notes column.
  • The LeaseHawk “Tours” report shows tour type, notes (including all added units toured), relationship, contact, and leasing professional name.

Why Is This Helpful to You?

  • All Walk-In Tours and Appointments now show in the OneSite “Activity” and “Units Shown” reports.
  • Tour notes, including every unit shown, populate in LeaseHawk and OneSite reports.
