Manage and track tours in the CRM

Tours can be added via the appointment calendar or by notating a walk-in

By choosing walk in from your contact’s action bar, adding notes, and then clicking done, you've taken the initial steps on recording a tour.

Now this option is better than ever. With the opportunity to choose whether or not a contact toured your community, you'll be able to track the specific floor plan and unit details on the contact’s timeline. You're also going to see these options when you're adding a contact manually from a contact’s calendar via their appointment and even when you've noted a walk in without a tour, you can return at a later time to add those floor plan and unit number details.
