Real-Time Pricing and Availability in the CRM

In this tutorial we are going to review real time pricing and availability in the LeaseHawk CRM.

We’ll also show how LeaseHawk will generate a quote sheet in your property management system.

While you're working with your prospect and filling out the guest card, simply select the get pricing quote button.

On the pricing search page you can make changes to see different pricing and availability options. Select check availability. Your pricing results page will populate with all of your choices. You can sort based on ready to move in day, date available, and price. Make your selection to seethe prices based on lease start date and lease term. Select your price, and review the quote.

Once you’ve secured an agreement, press the send quote button to generate the quote in your property management system.  The quote and expiration date will show in the client’s timeline.

Set Up Instructions

Step 1: Ensure the following requirements are satisfied:

  • Identify your company's OneSite expert to work with LeaseHawk.
  • Each site must have an integration with OneSite PMS (Property Management System).
  • Each site must use the CRM Automatic Guest Card Push feature.
  • Each site must have a default agent.
  • OneSite must be integrated with a revenue optimizer such as YieldStar or LRO.
  • The "Show on Website" box must be checked for all marketing floor plans.

Step 2: Based on your OnSite user permissions, choose one of the processes outlined below to enable the "Show on Website" box.

Option A
  1. Log in to OneSite
  2. At the OneSite property level, click on Administration
  3. Then click on Crossfire
  4. Click on Floorplans
  5. Click Edit next to each marketing floor plan and check the "Show on Website" box
  6. Click the check mark in the top right corner to save all changes
Option B
  1. Log in to OnSite
  2. At the OneSite Property Level, click on Setup
  3. Click on Marketing, then click on Websites
  4. Click on Floorplans
  5. Click Edit next to each marketing floor plan and check the "Show on Website" box
  6. Click the check mark in the top right corner to save all changes
