Inactivating a contact and selecting a reason in the CRM

When you reach a point in which your contact is not qualified, no longer interested, or for any other reason should be inactivated, you can do so starting from the contact’s guest card.

Just click edit and then the active toggle. a A confirmation request will appear and then prompt you to select the reason for inactivation. A comment box is available if you'd like to add any further detail and from there you can click done.
