Log a call in the CRM when using your landline.
Logging a call can be completed from both within the contact's Timeline and the Call Detail screen of an inbound communication. Let's walk through logging a call starting from the contact's Timeline.
Click on the phone symbol on the left the lower portion of the screen. Click on Log a Call, then, choose whether it's an outbound or an inbound call and add as much detail from the conversation as necessary, then click done. Completion of your call log returns you to the Timeline where you can see that specific communication now logged.
