How-To Guide

✓  Start your business day by logging in to the LeaseHawk  CRM.

✓  Check appointments & tasks.

✓  Click on your Action Required bucket.

✓  Click a contact, listen to/view their highlighted communication and respond from within that

    communication (remember to Log a Call if using a landline).

✓  Update the guest card.

✓  Change the relationship status.

✓  Set any tours or follow up tasks with reminder notifications.

✓  Finish your day with zero communications in the

   Action Required and Lead buckets.

✓  Log out.
