Welcome to Part 2 of Agent Insights training!
In this training demo, you’ll learn the basics on Agent Insights reporting. It covers how to access reporting in My LeaseHawk, listen to scored calls, and review scorecard results. Plus, it provides 💡Tips for how you can use the data to recognize your top performers and identify training opportunities.
Agent Insights Reporting
Available reports:
- Agent Conversations - shows scored calls grouped by agent; use this report to quickly review calls handled by top performing agents.
- Agent Ranking - shows the performance averages of all employees. This report makes it fast and easy to identify top performers.
- Scored Conversations - detailed view of every scored call; this is a great report for leasing agents to review all of their recently scored calls.
- Site Ranking - shows the performance averages of all sites; instantly see which sites are performing their best.
How to Access Reporting
- Log into My LeaseHawk (https://my.leasehawk.com)
- Use your existing LeaseHawk username and password to login. Use the Forget Username/Password links if needed.
- In the left-hand navigation, click on Reporting.
- Under the ACE folder, locate the sub-folder named, "Agent Insights"
- All reports pertaining to Agent Insights are available in this folder.
- Click on any report to access, filter, and download.
