Introducing Real-Time Pricing & Availability

We are excited to deliver this new feature! This enhancement allows you to provide real-time unit pricing and availability, and create reserved quote sheets—all within the LeaseHawk CRM. Feature currently available for clients with RealPage OneSite integration only.

IMPORTANT:

All CRM users must log out of the LeaseHawk CRM and log back in for updated functionality. Update applies to the LeaseHawk CRM web app only, not available on iOS or Android devices. Feature currently available for clients with RealPage OneSite integration only.

How it Works

• After completing the Guest Card, select the Get Pricing Quote button.

• Data saved on the Guest Card will be auto-filled on the pricing search page, or you can enter your search parameters.

• Select the Check Availability button.

• Search the pricing results based on Price, Date Available or Ready for Move-In. Market Rate should not be quoted.

• Select a unit to view real-time pricing options based on Lease Term and Start Date. These are the only prices you should quote to the prospect.

• Select a pricing option to review lease details.

• Once all information looks correct, select the Send Quote to PMS button.

• Send the quote sheet to your prospect using OneSite.
