All CRM users must log out of the LeaseHawk CRM and log back in for updated functionality.

Point Person Filter Enhancements

Default Filter

You are now able to turn the default settings for the Point Person Filter on and off.

Instructions:

1. Log in, then click on the Hamburger button (top-right corner).

2. Click Settings.

3. Click the toggle Default Filter = User & Unassigned to the off position (it will turn gray). To turn it back on, click the toggle again (it will turn green).

Disable Unassigned

The default filter settings for the Point Person Filter will not allow you to uncheck Unassigned. You may disable this by following the instructions below.

Instructions:

1. Log in, then click on the Hamburger button (top-right corner).

2. Click Settings.

3. Click the toggle Unassigned Contacts Always Visible to the off position (it will turn gray). To turn it back on, click the toggle again (it will turn green).

Why these enhancements are helpful to you...

• Never miss a lead. Ensure any Unassigned and Inactive leads always show regardless of your Point Person Filter choices.

• Customize your settings. You have the power to change the CRM Filter Settings based on your personal preferences.

• Improved focus. The Action Required bucket will now match the Point Person Filter you select.
