Introducing HTML Export & Timeline Notes Reporting

Why these enhancements are helpful to you...

  • HTML reports are optimal for viewing on a mobile device.
  • No more scrolling through the timeline to find a contact's timeline note.
  • All timeline notes can be collected in one report.

HTML Export for Grid-Style Reports

You now have the option to download grid-style reports in HTML format for easy-viewing in an internet browser window.

How it Works

  • Choose a report in the LeaseHawk Reporting Portal (example: Call Detail)
  • Click on the blue HTML icon in the upper right-hand corner of your LeaseHawk reporting screen.
  • The report will download as an HTML file. Double-click to open, it will automatically open in your default internet browser.
  • For scheduled reports, choose the HTML option for Report Format.
  • Scheduled HTML reports will be emailed to you. Simply open the HTML attachment in the email to view the report in your default internet browser on desktop or mobile device.
  • Remember, Excel and PDF formats are still available, HTML is just one more option for you to work with.

Click on the blue HTML icon of your reporting screen. For scheduled reports, choose the HTML option for Report Format.

Timeline Notes Reporting

LeaseHawk CRM Timeline Notes are now available in the LeaseHawk Reporting platform. This enhancement is retroactive, so you can pull a PDF report that includes notes from a contact’s timeline from the date of capture.

How it Works

  • Using the LeaseHawk CRM, click the option to “ADD NOTE” to a contact’s timeline.
  • Next, log in to the LeaseHawk Reporting platform and view the “Contact Report” located under the CRM dropdown menu.
  • You’ll notice a new column, “Timeline Notes,” has been added to this report.
  • If notes are in a contact’s timeline, you will see the word “Notes” in red with the total count of notes next to it.
  • To find everyone who has note(s) in their timeline, click on the column header. To find a specific contact, filter the ”Contact Name”.
  • This report will export as a PDF file and will display Site, Contact Name, Point Person, Date and Time, and Notes. The most recent note will show at the top.

Click the option to "ADD NOTE" to a contact's timeline.

Log in to the LeaseHawk Reporting platform and view the “Contact Report” located under the CRM dropdown menu. If notes are in a contact’s timeline, you will see the word “Notes” in red with the total count of notes next to it.

Click on the note to export as a PDF file. The PDF will display Site, Contact Name, Point Person, Date and Time, and Notes. The most recent note will show at the top.
