Supported Features

The Okta/LeaseHawk OIDC integration currently supports the following features:

  • Service Provider Initiated (SP-initiated) Authentication SSO flow.
  • Single Logout (SLO) functionality.

Contact LeaseHawk support to enable Okta integration for your account.

Configuration Steps

Step 1: Add the LeaseHawk integration to your Okta

  1. Login to your Okta Administrator account.
  1. Go to Applications > Applications.
  1. Select Browse App Catalog.
  1. In the Search box, enter LeaseHawk and choose “LeaseHawk” integration.
  1. Select +Add Integration.
  1. In the General Settings tab, select Done.

Step 2: Assign People and Groups to your integration

This step allows you to give permissions to the People and Groups that use their Okta login to access LeaseHawk.

  1. Select the Assignments tab.
  1. Select the Assign dropdown menu and select Assign to People or Assign to Group.
  1. In the Search box, enter and select the person or group you want to assign.
  1. Select Assign.
  1. When you’re done, select Save and Go Back.

Step 3: Send Information to LeaseHawk

Send the information below to your LeaseHawk Client Success Manager or support@leasehawk.com. To find your “Client ID” and “Client Secret” go to Applications > Applications, select LeaseHawk, then Sign On tab.

  • Client ID
  • Client Secret
  • Okta Domain URL

Step 4: Enter SSO Settings from LeaseHawk

  1. Login to your Okta Administrator account.
  1. Go to Applications > Applications, select LeaseHawk.
  1. Enter the following SSO settings in the Advanced Sign-On Settings.
  • Organization ID
  1. Select Save.

Known Issues

Currently, there are no known issues with the configuration.
