Follow this guide to save time setting up ACE and ensure consistent messaging across your portfolio of properties.
ACE can answer over 160+ leasing and resident questions. Each of ACE’s responses can be customized to control how ACE interacts with your rental prospects whether it be by voice, chat or text. It’s common for a portfolio of properties to use the same ACE responses from one community to another. Cloning allows you to select specific leasing and resident question responses to duplicate at one property and apply them to one or more properties.
Note: Only customized or completed responses can be cloned. Incomplete and locked responses cannot be cloned. Responses cannot be customized during cloning. Please complete all responses you want to utilize before starting the cloning process.
Log in to the LeaseHawk Admin Center: https://admin.leasehawk.com/.
If you do not have permissions to access the LeaseHawk Admin Center, please contact your LeaseHawk Client Success Manager or email support@leasehawk.com to request access.
Select the primary site you would like to clone. To do this, click on the dropdown in the top-left corner and click on the site. Ensure each of the responses in this site are applicable to the sites you will be cloning to.
You must select a site that has all responses that you plan to clone completed. Any questions not completed will not be cloned. If you are cloning all questions in one Tags category, you can check the completion status by looking at the green progress bar located next to the Tags dropdown. If your responses are completed, you will see a full green bar that reads 100%, like what is shown in the example below. You can also check the Status dropdown to check for incomplete responses.
Next, click on the dashboard you would like to clone. You can clone site data from the following dashboards:
In the upper right corner, select the three ellipsis and choose Clone Site Data.
A new menu will open called Clone Site Data.
In this menu, click the ‘Sites’ dropdown to select one or more sites to apply the cloned responses to. You may also ‘Select all.’ Don’t worry if you select a site by mistake, simply click again to deselect.
Next, choose the site data that you want to clone. The data you are cloning must be applicable to the sites you are adding them to. You may choose one or multiple sites to clone to. The cloned responses will override any data previously completed in the recipient site.
